SIDASA Engineering supplies a wide range of plants and equipment for the surface coating and metal plating industries. Unlike many general industrial machinery constructors, SIDASA Engineering as part of Units Group designs machines from the chemicals point of view due to the chemistry manufacturer profile. SIDASA Engineering is specialized in surface finishing machines for procedures such as Phosphating, Pickling, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Electro Polishing, Degreasing, Oil or Wax Coatings and pre-treatments systems in channel or tanks for Powder Coating, Painting and Electroplating processes or E-Coat.

SIDASA Engineering is specialized designing dip phosphating machines in barrels (small parts) or racks (big parts) or phosphating spray machines with conveyors. Our systems are linked with the chemicals products from  Cromogenia.. This synergy gives the following advantages to our clients:

  • Paint sinkage and gloss reduction is minimum and hence requires less paint for coverage, resulting    in lower paint cost.
  • High coverage reduces chemical cost.
  • Low sludge formation leads to a longer bath life and minimum down-time.
  • The shorter process cycle results in increased production.
  • High corrosion resistance.
  • Lower temperature operation substantially reduces the running costs.

Pickling is a metal surface treatment used to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, rust or scale from ferrous metals, copper, and aluminum alloy. SIDASA Engineering offers two kind of solutions:

  • Mechanical
  • Chemical

The designers from SIDASA will focus on the exhaust of polluted air and the washer system to guarantee that the exhaust air is free of acid. A solid machine construction considering low maintenance products will reduce the spare parts budget. SIDASA delivers customized machines using friendly technologies below the CE regulation.
Our personal service support will give you a quick trouble shooting response. Ask your sales man from SIDASA to give you details about the 24hours hotline.

Ask our sales team for our coils pickling system chemical (Acid) or mechanical as you can see in the pictures.

Hot-dip galvanization is a form of galvanization. It is the process of coating iron, steel or aluminum with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 460 °C. When exposed to the atmosphere, the pure zinc (Zn) reacts with oxygen (O2) to form zinc oxide (ZnO), which further reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) to form zinc carbonate (ZnCO3), a usually dull grey, fairly strong material that stops further corrosion in many circumstances, protecting the steel below from the elements. Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where corrosion resistance is needed, and can be identified by the crystallization patterning on the surface.

After degrease or phosphating pretreatments we design automatic lines for oiling and wax coating in barrel or basket applications.

SIDASA Engineering develop degreasing machines for different applications:

  • Trommel
  • Barrel
  • Rack
  • Basket

Electrocoating provides a durable and lasting coating. The versatility of electrocoating is endless because it can be used both as a top coat or primer. Electrocoating is known for its ability to coat assembled products and complex parts using electrical current to deposit paint. SIDASA Engineering supplies turnkey full integrated E-Coat Lines including.

  • Pretreatment
  • E-Coat process
  • Powder painting booth

The e-coat tank includes:

  • Agitator
  • Paint Cooling System
  • Paint filtration
  • Paint ultrafiltration
  • Current rectifier
  • Secondary Painting tank
